Was it the Sky app Phil @Diveuk rather than the Explorer app?
Another member had similar problems logging in with the iOS version of the Sky app a few weeks ago too: Can not log in to Autel Sky app on Apple iPad
But that latest app update appears to have fixed it. You shouldn’t have needed to create a new account though
