not much more to buy .got my battery very tight fit . will use was going buy another .need to change plug on flight controller to a xt 90 .then just the camera system and charger.
yeah, mine was a tight fit too but that was good because it stopped the battery moving about 
the shrink wrap round the battery was overhanging so trimmed back now fits snug.

My battery is snug as well which is no bad thing.

Did my first attempt at a maiden today.
I didnāt know you shouldnāt use autolaunch on the maiden. Apparently itās recommended that a manual launch is done and auto tune to make sure the wing flyās well before you use autolaunch.
I used auto launch on my maidenā¦ oops lol

Mines glued back together, ready for a send try. May try and overhead autolaunch rather than a wing throw. Iād rather have someone help but Iām too impatient 
to wait till Iām with someone who can. So another trip to the beach in the morning if itās calm.
Not much pulled the bit of wood the wing slots into out. Which ripped a bit of the polystyrene but glued back now.
I used auto launch on maiden of T1ā¦ Meh. Yommthoufh you should wait stevesb!
Yeah I agree with @GunjaFPV looking at the video, something is wrong with the setup as that was a hard roll as soon as you let go.

Yes and no. Yes I checked but no I didnāt get it right. I have I arse about face, I just checked.
At least youāve found it now before trying again 
So came into the shed this morning, fuck knows what I have done . Tested it and yes my elevons were the wrong way for movement i.e. stick to right, left elevon up. Etc. plus push forward both went down.
Go into Inav and and reverse the servos, solved the roll issue but caused an issue with pitch.
Ok un reverse the servos and physically swap the plugs over. Now this is where I fried my brain completely, the servos behaved in exactly the same way, stick to the right, left elevon up. I tried this three or four times, to the point I said fuck this Iām going to film it and get an expert like Deano or Martin to point me in the right direction. I go into the house, get the go pro, connect to I nav, start filming and get to the point where I swap the leads round, and low and behold everything is moving as it should.
I didnāt do anything different to what I did the other times I swapped the leads round but this time it worked. I just hope it flies now. But I still donāt know why the servos acted like that when I swapped the leads round the other times.
Could be a save and reboot issue? Also make sure youāre doing all the testing in Manual mode

Going back to whether you should use auto launch on a maidenā¦ Hmmm probably not (I did with the T1, but took me a long time.to setup AL on my wing, as others just didnāt trust it). But I was a lot more experienced with them by then and watched painless 360 over and over and also spent a lot of time with people who had experience with it. I just got frustrated waiting for "Karl* or someone to be there to throw it for meā¦ I trust my two planes very much so now, but I have flown them for hours. A new planeā¦ Iād still like someone else who has experience double check things before a maiden and say "have you checked this and thatā¦*
I think I will AL on whatever my next wing/plane is, but would also just be with someone who knows about wings so they can say ādid you check this that and the otherā
