Best tablet

If you look through the previous posts you’ll see I use the same tablet with all my flying minions, not just the DJI ones. For me it’s the perfect size and weight and the battery life is very good.

Yes I have it only for my drones ( mini and M2P ) and it’s perfect , I do have a iPad mini 5 but I find that heavy and the battery life is not as good as the Huawei also it’s 5 or 6 times the cost

We may have a new contender…

Nobody has mentioned the Tripltek rugged yet?

Check it out:

Things to know?

  • 1200nits
  • 4G/LTE
  • The PRO model runs Android 9
    – I’d not recommend the non-Pro model
  • Will happily run DJI Fly, DJI GO4, Autel Explorer, etc
  • Amazon.com will ship it to the UK

Lots of reviews on YouTube, have a butchers.

It’s probably a better buy than a standard (ie. non-Ultra) DJI CrystalSky?

Hi,
What is the latest on DJI Fly and Android tablets?
Looking through the posts I can’t see anything recent.
Just got a Mini2 and want to go bigger than my Google Pixel 3a.
I have a Galaxy Tab s5e but its a bit too big at 10".
I know the Huawei Mediapad m5 lite 8" is an option. Are there any other 8" slabs that can be recommended?

Hi while surfing YouTube came across this guy and his review of a table for use with your drone. So here is the link

https://youtu.be/gDeCHB2XoG0

Nice except for the price and seems only available from the USA , I think I will be sticking with the Huawei M5 mediapad lite for a fifth of the cost but a interesting video though

Got a new Galaxy Tab 7 arriving tomorrow to go with the new Mini 2. Has anyone got any experiences of using it or similar and what’s their opinion on tablet use in general. Are connection drop outs, screen glare etc etc a problem?

Thanks

Phil

TRIPLTEK…At that price it will suit the boys who wear the shades and ex RAF flying overalls with rank on the shoulders!

It’s a few hundred quid cheaper than a CrystalSky Ultra (albeit not as bright) and about the same price as a regular CS785 :man_shrugging:

Can anyone recommend a small tablet for a Mavic Air 2 please …

Looking at a second hand 1 off flea Bay…

Any advice is welcome…

This  does not work. Hence I bought a new Lenovo M10 10.3 FHD, which works perfectly.

32GB for £149.99 or 64GB for £199.99.
