DJI Mini 3 Pro - Rumours, leaks, gossip and general discussion, reviews

no idea why as didn’t get any wind warnings.

The only issue I did have was ‘Battery overcurrent. Maintain smooth flight and check if aircraft is overloaded (Code: 110001)’ 10 minutes or so earlier.

But I took regular photos after that.

Too much blue and very little contrast difference :frowning:

Manual stitch will mend that

need to search to remember how

Better than my attempt. It was too dark when we were there last year.

I’m guessing this is the same as the RC pro hack. I updated the RC pro (which was done by Sincoder) a couple of months back, the update which made it compatible with the mini 3. Obviously the hack was written over. Got into Mr Sincoder, and he just told us to re run the software which was still sitting on my pc. Hey presto, done :+1:

Was wondering the same thing…

If sincoder patch works after the update happy days

I suspect this Hack is done by Sincoder

I’ve got the same hack on my rc for the mini 3. Didn’t realise you could update. I tend not to when hacking software

The website above is not Sincoder - it is somebody who is reselling it.

The email I had back from this guy, said he was working with “Sincoder” on this package. Although no evidence of that at the moment. I am going to ping Sincoder a message on Telegram to check.

NB for some stuff this isn’t a good idea.

The pixels aren’t ‘made up’ on the mini 3 pro as it’s pixel binning (I’ve seen someone suggest that this is the sensor they are using, it matches very well in specs). There are 48MP on the sensor, they’re just tiny and for a lot of things having fewer larger pixels provides nicer images, particularly in low light, so you take the 4 pixels next to each other and digitally stitch them into one big ol pixel.

I find it strange that the 48MP takes so much processing time, it’s a pain in the arse for me as all my photogrammetry is shot at 48MP. You’d think that taking the raw sensor output should be faster as long as you can write the data quickly instead of having to bin the pixels down to 12MP and doing all the enhancement which you’d think would take more time.
