The pixels aren’t ‘made up’ on the mini 3 pro as it’s pixel binning (I’ve seen someone suggest that this is the sensor they are using, it matches very well in specs). There are 48MP on the sensor, they’re just tiny and for a lot of things having fewer larger pixels provides nicer images, particularly in low light, so you take the 4 pixels next to each other and digitally stitch them into one big ol pixel.
I find it strange that the 48MP takes so much processing time, it’s a pain in the arse for me as all my photogrammetry is shot at 48MP. You’d think that taking the raw sensor output should be faster as long as you can write the data quickly instead of having to bin the pixels down to 12MP and doing all the enhancement which you’d think would take more time.
Just take your time mate, everyone started somewhere. Try one setting at a time if need be per flight. Choose what suits you. There’s no rush👍. Happy flying mate.
I jumped the gun with the M3pro FCC hack, doing it the hard way ie, Drone hacks via App with the RcN1 controller then re binding the RM330 to achieve FCC. Certainly works. Bit of a faff but can be done in a minute or so when used to procedure. Expect I will end up spending more money and end up using the Sincoder associate job. FCC is a god send. Transforms the MM3.
