Isn’t there a possibility that the Crown Estate (gods bless their enlightened drone policy) may have leased land to the National Trust?

Oh no doubt. I doubt that any land they lease would count as “Trust Property”, but someone else can go pay the £20 fine if they really want to find out

Yeah that’s what I mean, I want to fly responsibly and within the rules. I’ve hear people saying that it’s fully legal if you take off from public land and fly around it but I’m nearly sure that keeping it in line of sight would be impossible in that case
