Security chief at Sizewell declined the permission, via CAA. I will make contact with him soon.
Yes, expected that they would decline at first I had to submit the application 3 times!. Recommend you now do the following:
-Re-apply and remind the CAA and sponsor that they cannot flat out decline without working with you on the application to come to a compromise. The sponsor has an obligation to abide by cap 722c.
-Cite BAL 3658 as an example where access was granted to an EDF sponsored nuclear restriction zone (my application).
-Explain to the sponsor that it is better to work with you than to have you force the issue with the CAA as you will ultimately win the argument as I did. If thwy work with you this will save them time and effort.
-Offer to put a voluntary buffer zone around the installation that wont affect your filming, say 500M
