" A Public Right of Way (PROW) is a route over land that everyone can legally use at any time. You can walk on all PROWs, and some are also open to horse riders, cyclists or motorists"
Every county should have a website showing them, for Warwickshire is here.
Most of them are on openstreetmap as well, which is used by varying routebuilders like Strava, but by far the easiest way to find them is the pink/green dotted lines on the OS map (which is freely available as a layer on Bing Maps on the PC!).
How well they’re indicated varies, just like their condition (muddy/overgrown) but it’s well worth exploring whatever paths are local to you.
