Support, advice and constructive criticism is freely available; still photography, video and the techniques for editing both are involved in the challenges. Hola, mi amigo! ¿Cómo estás? I flew my drone recently at St Mary’s Stadium, which is close to Southampton Airport—of course, I got the required flight permission for that, although the stadium was just outside of the (FRZ). How about Royal Vitoria Country Park?. Do you use Drone Assist to check where you’re allowed to fly at places, with Southampton Airport covers quote a bit if central Southampton, best checking where? Chao, Lorenzo.
Dronescene is very easy to use once you know how & it is all quite straightforward, also the other good thing it has some very good flying spots( locations ) that have been added by the members here themselves, I’ve just put in Southampton on dronescene for reference so when you click on the link( map ) you’ll be able to see places that’s been flown & places where there are FRZ’s or hazards etc,
It’s all there under one umbrella however anything your not sure of or if you want advice just ask & myself or anyone else that picks up on it will do our best to help you out it’s no problem we all try to help each other out here
The Royal Victoria Country Park has byelaws and it also has a no drone flying sign at the entrance. TOAL from the waterfront by the Netley Sailing Club and it’s ok there.
Who did you go through, Drone Assist? If so did they charge you for this approval?
Can always fly from public, as long as there’s no flight restrictions albeit, can go through Drone Assist and request to fly. sub 250g drones, obviously. No charge for recreational flying. Complete the form from the Drone Assist link. Hope this helps.
Thanks but I was just curious, but I don’t Intend to use Drone Assist for any flight approvals. I’d prefer to go directly for the required permissions.
