After some encouragement from my friends who are in here @AlbionDrones @dobby I finally took the plunge and bought myself a DJI Mini 3 Pro. What a wonderful and yet nerve wracking experience that first flight was!
Looking forward to getting creative with the new tool and seeing whatever one else is cooking up on here.
Here is what I’ve captured on my first venture, it’s gonna be quite a learning curve!

Great first flight and well done. I’m near you (Bolton) and also have just got a M3P. I love flying it and I hope you get as much pleasure from yours as I get. !!!
There are a few places here that would be good, alas Monday and Tuesday this week I’m tied up but I’d there’s others days let’s get it organised!
Other days are fine, I am away on Wednesday to Oxford for the day with work, but could do Thursday… @Banjonic @SparkyFPV @group-northwest anyone else up for a meet Thursday evening in the Manchester area, and any suggestions for places to fly?

The Viaduct is right next to a building site atm, and access is flying over the site, the guard is a bit of a pain tbh, so its off the list until they finish building the houses… The one in Lymm looks good, or there is always Carrington Moss…
I was thinking of trying to arrange something that Photophrenic can attend as he doesnt drive, hence Bury / North Manchester, although I can pick him up form Sale Waterpark tramstop… As for times, 6pmish until datrk next Thursday - I am away Wednesday until late, and the weekend of the 30th is the Foley meet in Brum…
We could do Sunday this week - Wigan perhaps - but the weather doesnt look suitable on Sunday hereabouts…
I’m up for a flight Sunday or next week, hoping to make Brum too.
weather has been horrible lately, I can imagine the golf course is very boggy
