I strongly suspect this is the 727 of Oil Spill Response based in Southampton.
I’ve seen the aircraft fly by me a couple times over the years.

I wont be flying round here for the next couple of weeks, was hoping to get some shots of Loch Leven Castle. Might take a trip out with the DSLR and zoom lense though

Strange notam around my place on drone assist advising of flights of state drones until April 24, 89 restricted areas and 4 danger areas, mentions sia.aviation- civil.gov.fr. nothing shows on drone scene so if correct looks like I have to travel to fly until next year

Not so much an interesting Flight Report … more an unexpected total lack of them.
Today is the Round the Island Race … a boaty thing for those that don’t know … rather a lot of them, too.
But, there’s not a single Flight Report for the route …

Is it too windy for helicopters to cover the race ?
Nope - wind down there at the moment is only about 10-15kts.
Almost went to Hurst Spit to fly the drone and take some pics/video.
But I needed to be there about an hour ago and I was too late going to sleep.
There’s always next year … there’s some drizzle there today.
Bet some idiot still flies a Mini 3 on to the stage…

Strange that nothing appears on DS for the Music Festival.
The NOTAM currently showing in Glasgow - same location (very nearly) is for a Laser Display 5th and 6th July.
Location in the pdf “Music Festival” restriction … 7th/8th/9th …
Yeah, had spotted that. If you turn on the ‘DJI GEO Zones’ layer, they’ve added it in there… but not showing as a NOTAM yet
