Map Details Missing

When I go into DroneScene on my PC all the map data is missing. All the areas to fly in are there but no map just a plain yellow background. Any advice on what might be wrong.

First up, can you try using a smartphone or tablet or another computer please? Does it work on another device?

If so, back to the faulty PC, try using a different browser, does the work?

If so, we know it’s your “main” browser that’s at fault. Try disabling any browser extensions / plugins / add ons.

Someone reported something that wasn’t compatible a while ago, I’ll see if I can find the thread again.

Turns out it was BitDefender that was causing someone issues in the past @Gogs1

Are you also using BitDefender?

Partially solved the problem. Downloaded the web browser Brave and the DroneScene maps working fine. Problem was either to do with Microsoft Edge or Bitdefender (or both). Tried clearing the cache on both but didn’t seem to help. But working well on Brave so I am quite happy.

Thanks for the info regarding Bitdefender, have had the same problem of no map detail but turned off the tracker extension and now all good.
