If it’s using the same location name as someone else it might not show.
Can you use a slightly different location?
I’ve just tried adding a second one with the same location as this account - and only one shows on the map.
Is there a suburb of Bolton that you could use?

Considering there are 712 members in all (albeit quite a few inactive ones) … even 53 is fewer than I’d have expected by now.
