Just because you get a phone call from Netherlands , doesn’t mean that’s where they were, or where your drone was.
And, in any case, the tracking notice for it’s return shows that it didn’t because it was shipped back to you from WSF Group.
The thing is I feel as my mini 3 pro experience is jinxed, soon as this gets back I’ll put it straight on eBay and once it’s sold I’ll get the mini 4 pro from Drone Safe
Use Argos or Amazon , better returns policy
Or take Very up on their introductory 20% offer

Cheers I’ll follow your advice, I thought people here rated the Safe Drone store, I’ll stick with Amazon in that case. Are Very trustworthy?
Prices are quite similar between Amazon and Very, you save 9 quid on Amazon nothing to write to mamma about 
Only had one issue with some BT WiFi discs, died during FW upgrade , replaced no issue within the 2 year warranty
With Argos you can walk into the shop and pick it up, no waiting around for a delivery company to bounce it around on its way to you. Also you can return it in store if it does happen to be faulty. I usually try to pick up things locally which might suffer from rough handling during the delivery process.

I’ve sent a complaint email to Dji about them sending me a replacement drone which turned up to be faulty.
I was very specific about the frustration and disappointment
Today I’ve received this email reply from them

So here we go again, 2nd replacement Mini 3 on the way, don’t bother wishing me luck, I’ll never have any luck. Thanks anyway for the kind thoughts 
Well the whole day came and went and no delivery today, until this email just arrived…

Just tested the “bird” and it takes off, flies and land as expected so it was a case of 3rd time lucky
I’ve just got back from my local football grounds and had a thorough test flight with the new drone because the earlier test in my garden was to accertain if unlike the previous one they sent me, this one would land without problems in Cine Mode and in Normal Mode unlike the faulty one which would only land in sport mode.
So yeah this one is pucking ferfect and does all that it’s expected to do, forgot how fast they go in Sport mode. It was dry and clear sky but decided to stop and get back indoors as I’ve got friends coming to visit.
Very happy so far after a long 3 weeks stint without drone, I really think I should invest in a “spare” one.
