Hi all,
Am a newbie to drones, having flown many model aircraft alot of years ago, drones fascinated me, bought a cheap one from amazon that ended up in a pile of bits on the floor at my feet! Undeterred i did some more research and bought the DJI Mini 4 pro. I have my flyer ID but, even though its under 250g, do i need an operator ID too?
I’ve had a couple of flights whilst up in Northumberland on holiday, with owners permission, just looking for advice for flyable areas within Leeds and local area.
TIA

For sub 250g drones, an Operator ID is required for those equipped with cameras. The Operator ID is a registration number that must be displayed on the drone.

Cheers Kirky, the operator ID is the £11 one through CAA? My poor wallett!!!
