Insurer: Sportscover Europe.
Entitled to Indemnity: FPV UK Ltd t/a FPV UK affiliated members.
Operative time: Whist participating in any authorised/ recognised activity of the Association.
Limit of Indemnity: Ā£5,000,000 any one event ā Public & Product Liability. Ā£1,000,000 any one period of
insurance ā Professional Indemnity.
Geographical Limits: Permanent residents of the UK, Channel Islands or the Isle of Man will be covered
anywhere in the UK, EU plus Norway and Switzerland. Please note: If you are not a permanent resident
of the UK, cover will only apply whilst you are participating in an insured activity whilst being in the UK,
Channel Islands or Isle of Man.
MOD Property: The insurance has no exclusion for MOD property.

Does that mean the car has to have the engine running? Will it not charge the batteries if stationary (no engine)

My last meet (also my 1st) was a bit of a pain to charge my batteries, since then, I have got a 4th battery and also considering getting thisā¦ UGREEN 145W https://amzn.eu/d/hIvNRnB to charge while on the fly (so to speak), this isnāt a recommendation, I just canāt really use car for charging & figure this will be a good option.

or you can get a cigar socket wired to crocodile clips and clip to your battery (or starting posts)
Make sure you have an inline fuse though
Some Chargers wonāt output unless the input voltage is over 13v, to stop the car battery being discharged the alternator but be running
