Not impressed with my TORVOL battery bag

I purchased a Torvol pitstop backpack 18months ago and noticed the fabric has started to split on the battery case I got with it. Im looking at contacting Torvol as they have a 2 year warranty but cant remember where I bloody brought it from. Iv checked all of my normal suppliers but nothing ?, I did find this post I put up to which Dean answered…

Has anyone got any ideas as to the best way forward with this?, or has anyone had the same issue ?..

Have you tried searching your emails for ‘Torvol Backpack’ ? Thats all I do when I need to find an invoice for something Ive bought
