So far all that is visible is the link:

It’s a link to a picture I took in Dec 21 probably to old to enter :wink:

I was showing @kirky for some reason I can’t remember :joy:

Thanks for the clarification. Great picture but, as you correctly point out, taken in December 21 so not eligible within the dates of this competition :slight_smile:

Short winter days, low sun, long shadows. And here are a dozen of the best images illustrating the subject to choose from. As usual you can vote for some, none, all or one of the images, the poll will close at 22:00 on Monday 13th.

The 4th one down (Wainhouse Tower) was deleted to prevent it being in the poll.

Why :man_shrugging:

@Sparkyws he has another one in the poll, :+1:t2:

The committee member responsible for this challenge has not been well, we apologise for the miscounting of entrants and entries in this and the previous RTF.

@group-challenges

Thank you all for entering what may yet prove to be another contentioius challenge and apologies for the late [romulgation of the results

In third place we have an image of Hadrians Arch on the Shugborough National Trust Estate by @D0c.Col

A wintry second place goes to @Kings for a view toward Swinsty Reservoir, near Harrogate

A clear first place is this shot of definitely long shadows cast by the Welland Valley’s Harringworth Viaduct captured in the winter murk by @Acedrone.

Congratulations then to Colin, Jim and Jason, let#s see who creates the best images for the current round - Straight Down
