Carrie Fisher! Droooool
Now I’VE got vision problems
My entry, Celtic Park football stadium in the east end of Glasgow. Taking inspiration from the Manchester pic by @kvetner I searched google maps for a location in Glasgow that was 150m from buildings on all sides. Wasn’t easy but found a woodland park on the banks of the River Clyde that is owned by Forestry & Land Scotland (who just happen to allow drone flying on their land ) Will pop it on to dronescene shortly.
Now on dronescene.
Great photo John well worth the effort finding a take off/landing spot mate
Great pic Steve

Southbourne Overcliff and beach looking towards Bournemouth one night last week.
Finally remembered at the 11th hour to run this through Adobe ACR and Elements to get it ready to post.
First flight since July, not been inspired to fly, and this was a bit heart in mouth as I’ve not flown at night other than it getting dark at sunset.
Lots of wind warnings and drizzle that drove me home.
Focusing on MP was hard , but this 2 sec exposure at 200 ISO really shows how a gimbal can achieve things you couldn’t get any other way.
RTF Challenge Accepted!
Also put the location on Dronescene
I believe you’ve missed the cut off buddy
No worries @DeanoG60, had busy weekend and ‘proper’ stuff to do…
If nothing else it was genuinely a RTF and got me out on a grey night!
On to the next challenges…
The next comp has started check here RTF PHOTO COMPETITION - OPEN - 29/11 to 12/12 - MOVING WATER
It’s a really nice photo though pal
Great shot but yes unfortunately just outta time. don’t forget the next one is running. (See what I did there)
Thanks on both counts!
Back to the beach in daylight this time then…
I have to say that I’m impressed how well the shadow detail lifted from the MP1 RAW file and the colour noise wasn’t totally out of control.
Thanks, I was pleased with a tentative night foray. Glad of the red Strobon cree. Must get a green one for night flying.
When in the day is the cutoff? I’m an last 80:20 the wrong way person unless I am under grievous pressure!
Saturday 23:59. For the next competition - Moving Water - that’s 23:59, Saturday 12th December = set a couple of alarms on your phone. Great night shot BTW !
