So... what's on your bench at the moment?

You do know they unscrew as its a rear with a handbrake?

I’ve got a rewind tool if you want a borrow @MartG1960

Yes - even using the rewinding tool to unscrew it I needed a breaker bar to shift it.

I’ve just accepted the fact that getting it out is going to cause further damage to the piston, so ordered a new pair ( I suspect the other rear caliper is in similar condition )

The good news … the red paint is in good condition.

Was just checking but you do know what your doing and you have the right tools :+1:

From experience rear hand-brake calipers don’t repair very easily  and end up a nightmare

I know - these aren’t the first ones I’ve done :frowning:

If it’s the one that came with the DJI FPV Drone it won’t work unfortunately…

You’ll need this one:

To bind with the Air unit. Or a 3rd party radio with compatible receiver.

Awesome, look forward to seeing this go together :+1:t2:

Yup thats the one i have…cheers… tho i got the other one too for my dji fpv drone.

Oh, nice! I’ve liked the look of that frame for a while. Keen to see how you get on :+1:

I thought I’d try something a bit different… early days yet.

Good old raspberry pi

What you got planned for it? I use one on my ender 3 v2 running occtoprint :slightly_smiling_face:

Thought it’s about time I got on with this wing, it sat in storage for a few years now, I can’t remember when I bought it.
Long storage has been a life saver as I discovered that the servo horns glue has failed. The horn was dangling on the push rod…:scream:

On closer inspection it’s just about visible to see the tiniest glue residue dubbed on “like 2 little spots”. This was an incident waiting to happen, not only was the glue rationed, the ESC blew when I connected the RX…the servos were not connected when it blew…:scream:

Stay clear of “AroStar” ESC’s…

Had to rewire a Tunigy 60A

The glue had failed over the storage period…

The clue is in the logo on the 3D print.
I thought someone on here might recognise it.

I run them on my Prusa Mini and Monoprice Mini in the same way.
