Nice photos, not the only one out tonight. Someone stopped me to talk about the drone, after they’d complemented me on my bright green Crocs which I’d forgot I was wearing when I went out

Aberdeen Wind farm.
This project is made up of 11 x 8.8 megawatt Vestas wind turbines.
The turbines were the most powerful in the world when built. Vattenfall employs an Aberdeen based team to look after the turbines. The project started producing electricity in July 2018. Capacity of 96.8 Megawatts.
Mini 2 auto settings 6.30am a bit of mist about.

It’s a beautiful morning and nice to be there before the crowds are up and about, it was a bit too cold for my liking though.
Had a visit to the River Nene at Orton Lock, Peterborough. Great place to fly a drone as its so open that you are no bother to anyone.

Eggbrough Power Station after the latest bit of demolition.
Only the main boiler house and chimney left .
Mavic Pro still going strong after 5 years of abuse, Snapseeded the shit out of it too just for good measure

@milkmanchris ……yes I watched that first time round the dust cloud was horrendous ….the chimney demolition will be interesting …straight down or topple and run like a Fred Dibnah job 
Not sure if it will be a blast to be honest, I think the chimney contains 3 or 4 metal chimneys encased in the outer concrete skin
