Took my elderly mum out for a short walk today and took the drone with me. I got a quick flight in while she had a rest. This is Bangor’s original harbour, The Long Hole, and the lifeboat station and new marina.
The commonwealth games are 125 days away. The tram system is suspended. Again due to cracks! The roads around Perry Barr are gridlock even now and is the stadium close to being ready…?
Set out for another Morecambe sunset and snapped these two. The Stone Jetty is bird themed with this central character. There’s also a Time & Tide bell which the swell of the tide rings at high tide. A different vertical view of it.
Up the crack of dawn…
Okay so in my head the perfect shot… Sun to rise behind the Tor in Glastonbury, slight mist on the ground. May of slightly misjudged it!
Thanks mate. Thought there’d be something like this about

There’s also this one which gives more info in regards golden hour(s)
I’d go for PhotoPills … and happily pay. Brilliant mobile app, including VR visualisation at the location … as well as advanced planning.
Paid many years ago … never regretted.
I was leaving my mum home after dinner at our house and I took the Mini 2 with me to try and catch the sunset. I was about ten minutes too late but not completely wasted.
I’ve been using this for years, a great app
