Another addition to photo’s of sunsets across Morecambe Bay
Taken with the M2pro
It was bright today, but there was a chill in the air. It starting hailing, then snowing and finally sleet randomly throughout the afternoon.

Another Morecambe sunset, the recent weather has seen these sort of scenes daily. It’s also about the only time the monstrosity known as Bare Tower Block look half decent.
Mini 2, auto mode, unedited. Still love this little beast.
A couple more from today’s trip to Norwich.
A panoramic view of Norwich Cathedral and several other Norwich churches. The city is said to have a church for every week of the year and a pub for every day of the year. I can safely say I’ve been in more of the pubs…
Norwich Castle whilst in the midst of a major redevelopment project to return the Castle Keep to its former glory.
Norwich Castle with City Hall in the background.
stunning !
A few taken with the Mini 2 on my walk round Bangor this morning.
McKee Clock
Better in black & white maybe?
Bangor Marina
Bangor Seafront
Ward Park and the war memorial
@TheFatController ……sometimes B/W images look more nostalgic ….I like it
That whole area is due to be levelled (work to start in 2023). I imagine the only recognisable feature left will be the clock, which has stood there since 1915. I was going to do a panorama this morning but the seagulls were having none of it . They don’t normally bother but today they were particularly agressive which I’m guessing is down to the fact that it’s coming into their nesting season.
Experimented with a top-down pano of Cromer Pier this evening, and got to say I’m pretty happy with how it turned out
Nice shots
Cheers Sam
Great photos, the first Stirling one and the one with the sun coming through the tower look awesome
Thanks Sam I spent ages trying to get the sun lined up with the holes in the monument, bloody drone wouldn’t sit still
I travelled to Martinsell Hill this evening after work - the site of a neolithic hillfort, one that I hadn’t heard of until yesterday. The sun was shining when I left the house, and raining when I got there But I was there, so had a butchers.
Really impressed with this set of images, especially the clouds and I do like to see good mono images too (and this is definitely one).
Cheers John. It was ‘mad cloud’ day Which probably explains the random bouts of hail, sleet and snow whilst the sun was shining. I love a moody cloud picture, much more interesting than no clouds at all
Wow these are lovely pics
Amazing Shots
