Stonebridge golf club in the west mids
golf the “Waste of a good walk”
Nice shot though
Lol. I was told that the aim of golf was to place a small white ball on top of a large blue/green ball which you are standing on, and try and then hit the former without hitting the latter.
Brian I think your getting your balls mixed up
Old Golfers Never Die…they just lose their balls…
(golf balls of course!)
Aaargh it’s the ex…
That’s a cool pic!
Is that some ancient earth mound top right?
Yeah! It’s an iron age him fort, also subject of Peter Gabriel’s song of the same name! I live just to the right of the pic…
Yes, brilliant shot
Yup, sure do - had to wipe the drone down after this one
Taken in Pewsey, is that anywhere near you @MadScientist mate?
I can never wake up early enough for this stuff.
08:41 apparently!
Get up you lazy git
I would like to say it’s because you’re up north the sun rises later, but …
- you weren’t up north for that pic, and
- we’re close enough to the equinox there’s little difference if it was in the north.
OK … I’m awake well before then … but without taking photos from above the mist of commercial aircraft landing @ Southampton through the mist, I’d need to also get dressed and drive somewhere. #Meh
Great photo! Pewsey is about 30miles from me. How do you manage to keep your drone in-sight under those conditions?
Low lying mist often doesn’t prevent you looking straight up and seeing blue sky … and hence a drone if it’s there.
I don’t see you on the Map of Members, @MadScientist.
Don’t forget to add yourself : Members’ Location Map - A Guide.
My brain read that as:
Goat Fell (over) on Arran (after being) shot with M2P
Are the RAWs much bigger on the 2 than they were on the 1 @callum?
39.5MB each.
Had to reduce JPG export quality to get under the 10MB file limit.
