Very nice composition

Nice pics Clink, as always. You and Rich seem to be getting rather cosy mate. I knew that trailer was built for two
Am I jealous? Possibly, I’m told he might have a uniform

LOL. He’s only 30 mins up the road from me, and likes joining me for an outting. He’s good company, especially during a very expensive, long and painful divorce :face_with_diagonal_mouth:

Careful mate, he has expensive tastes too, plus he tends to crash or loose them, just like you! Marriage made in heaven, bless

As explained in the Calender challenge for Nov, I was outa flying around bommy weekend. Had planned, with the organiser, to do some pics of the local display on the 4th, only for the heavens to open up randomly and very patchy with it. I did risk it at times and the Air 2s did get the odd shower, but nothing got tooo damp :+1

Am must have taken god knows how many pics, some blurred, some too close, some where I’ve moved the drone while the shutter was still open . It’s quite bloody hard gettin the right distance, height and timing of the ‘burst’, but I was persistent.

Here’s the best of what I could muster up

Had a walk down the front last night as the sky was clear and it wasn’t too cold, only had the drone in the air for about 20 minutes and it started to rain even though there seemed to be very few clouds in the sky, outing cut short, back home and a Chinese takeaway followed.

Love these night shots

This is one I took back in May, in the same location (Haaften, NL) that I just posted a daytime video of.

Sunset over the Crobsche waard by Howard Stanbury, on Flickr

I did try to video a sunset there but I ran into problems with wonky gimbals and so forth. This photo is a manual three-frame panorama merged and process in Lightroom Classic.

Thanks very much - the TOAL is the same spot as the video, just outside Haaften.

I was trying for some light trail shots but rain put that on hold. Pretty impressed as these are straight off the Mini 4 with no editing.

Adjacent to the former fort in the Nieuwe Hollands Waterlinie featured in the video I just posted here, this stand of trees cast some nice shadows back in May.

@sdj_drones, nice pics, I passed there yesterday and had a quick look round for a suitable TOAL for a future visit, where did you use?
Cheers
