just read up on the honor 10 , from what I have read its not compatible with the 5ghz wifi. if its anything like my mavic 2 pro controller , it has 2 usb conectors, if both are pluged in it wont connect to a phone or tablet

As far as I’m aware all o the Honor 10 range, except for the 10Lite which only has 802.11ac available on its domestic model, work with 802.11ac.

Nidge.

Unfortunately I’ve not managed it surely it would be common sense for manufacturers to provide a lost of compatible drones for phones …

How do I know what drone will work with what phone so as to avoid this again

Mine is the 10 lite.typical

Sorry to see you have had a problem with your first drone m8 hope you get it sorted.

Not a clue how do I know it will be compatible prior to purchasing.?..

You could just buy a tablet that will opperate the 5ghz, great little drone by the way.

As long as your phone is 802.11 ac compatible you should be good to go.
Did you not like the Bugs w4?

Apparently my honor 10 lite isn’t compatible with 802.11ac

This link will give you all the specs of your phone

Interesting then why couldn’t I find the drone on wifi search

I think you may have been unlucky.

Perhaps the wifi was faulty from the drone side of things

That’s not the 10 Lite

This is
