Are your 4S batteries xt30?
You’ll be ok with 6s. Just throttle scale it.
In that case yes you could fit a new xt30 pigtail 
Yeah where it says 2-6S that is dependent on which KV version you select. The lower KV option will be for 6S

@BigDog when you get 5 mins in front of betaflight, let us know. Its very simple to remap the motors and sort the fc orientation.
