I think I have spent more time looking for a diagram than building quads

Sorry Steve I’m not sure what pin you mean??

The yellow wire you now have connected to the Sbus on the Vista, what pin is that going to on the plug (that connects to your fc) at the other end? Is it still the 10V pin?

Sorry I get it :man_facepalming:t3:

Iv not moved any pins in the white connector that goes into the FC I just re solder the wires on the vista ??

Hope that explains it ??

So that means you will have 10V from the flight controller going into your Sbus on the Vista again which is not good :grimacing: You either need to swap the outside red and yellow wires in the plug or at the Vista

Nick, why don’t you drop it off at Waynes? He isn’t that far from you? And if he fixes it get him a few beers

Yeah sorry that was my fault because you’ve been discussing this issue over multiple threads I hadn’t seen the post in the so what’s on your bench thread about you swapping the wires at the vista end. To me that is a massive no no as red is ALWAYS the colour of power and black is ALWAYS ground so not realising you’d swapped the wires so your red wire was now the sbus wire and the yellow wire was now your power wire.

Have you got any green wire for the sbus? It will help with things, if not now, in the future.

Just swap the pins in the plug so they line up with the pads on the vista :+1:t2:

It’s easy to do just lift the tab on the side of the plug and tug the wire and the metal pin will come out of the plug do that for both the wires you want to swap and then just swap them over and push them back into the plug and press the little tab back down to secure it again give the wire a little tug to make sure it’s locked back into the plug and you’re good just make sure they all line up with the correct pads on the vista as above.

I’m still on the piss :joy:

@BigDog post a current photo of the connector plugged into your flight controller so that we can see the whole thing vista wires and the plug plugged into the flight controller so that we can check it and be 100% sure it’s wired correctly.

That’s the only way we’re going to be able to check it properly.
