Just a thought … I’ve tried a couple of browsers that have never been used for the Black Magic site … and in each case the country has been prefilled with UK, as a result of IP address lookup, I guess, so was wondering if you were using VPN that means their site isn’t playing ball?
Edit: Wrote that before I saw you’d managed to d/l OK.
Not using a VPN but it must be some weird glitch to do with Opera. Firefox sorted it though. Big old program, innit!
2.6GB the last Studio version I downloaded.
BUT … it’s big because it does everything. D/L all the Adobe, and other, apps to do achieve all the DR functionality, and you get to about the same total size.

It’s a very cleaned out Chome … privacy/security being it’s main objectives.
Wouldn’t use any other one for main browsing now - laptop or phone.
Magix pro very easy to learn although i did have to upgrade my laptop as old one took hours to export and new one does it in 10 to 30 mins in 4k

I’m new to all this. I’m trying it out as a hobby to pass my time in partial retirement.
So far I’ve only flown about 30 minutes trying to get the feel of my DJI mini 2.
My videos are pretty uninspiring and overly long at present and I was wondering if anyone could recommend a free and simple to use basic video editing program so I can reduce the length of my clips.
I’m hoping that getting to grips with the basics will lead to better videos and enjoyment.

DJI Fly has video editing built in, there are online tutorials if you google them
What platform are you looking to run any editing software on… Windows, Chromebook, Mac, Linux?

I couldn’t get the hang of the DJI editing software but I never thought of checking YouTube for tutorials so that is a big help for starters.
I’m running Windows 10 on a basic desktop pc.

@Gerry77 Here’s a series of kdenlive tutorials that I found super helpful.
He installs it on Linux in the first video which you can ignore just download the installer from the kdenlive website.
Once its installed and running the user experience is the same for Windows (just tested it) so you should be good to go.
There are lots of tutorials that cover more and more advanced aspects … but after following most of these tutorials I felt really confident…
