1.2.4 for iOS is out…
@PingSpike i only updated the fly app to 1.2.4 the otherday, now when I switch it on it automatically states there is a newer version available at boot up. You do get a not now option though.
Where do people stand with their PfCO or GVC as don’t their operation manuals state they will keep there drones updated with the latest firmware?
Apparently, the new built in app auto-update is enabled by default for Android users.

Updates coming thick and fast, there were obviously some issues, fingers crossed this update will prevent all the connection problems some are having!

I’m Android and they haven’t updated the Play store since November where it installs 1.2.1. Supposed to be self-upgrading now. New release ties in with tomorrow’s launch, I assume the FPV will be using Fly. Website updated but link still 1.2.4, try again tomorrow.
I didn’t try downloading, going to see if the app lives up to it’s self-upgrade promise.
Which is why I didn’t mention it. DJI no longer update the Google Play Store - they changed it to a direct download back around then.
Goodness knows what they’re fucking about with it all for.
How else can they send all the data back to China without people knowing about it if they don’t circumvent the app store?
