Mine worked flawlessly,I’ve still got it stored in disassembled form, it cost £240 back in the day.
Dual colour head, printed like a boss even before upgrading to the lates mother board. All thanks to cloning of Makerbot.

@callum If you’re having a 
about having a go again, go for Qidi Tech i-Mate-S, prints straight out of the box, no need to print half of the printer and the only upgrade is replacing the bed revelling springs with silicone rubber ones.

It’s full enclosed all metal frame, resists size 10’s

I’d hoped you’d have got over the trauma by know, am more than happy to post my teddy, it’s cheaper than the local head shrinker that lives up our local gum tree…

I may give it another shot one day. At the time I was fixing CNC lathes, mills, EDM spark and wire cutters during the day, I didn’t want the hassle in my own time.
I’m now office based so I’ll probably get to a point I need something to tinker with and fix to keep me sane.
I’d better send you my rocking horse to keep off getting a midriff expansion pack like mine…
