Well worth the effort Chris, brilliant shots.
You should have grabbed a Granny to help you get to the top.

As I was making my way up, I saw these two Grannys coming down. When I was decending, they were going back up! Madness :scream:

Knowing a little about the joys of growing older … they either left something up there … or forgot they had been up in the first place.
You have this to look forward too.

Fab shots sir of some locales a mere stones throw from me - well 20 miles for the castle.

Cheers Stuart! Yes, I noticed you already shot Castell Coch 2 years back. I have seen the castle hundreds of times from the M4, back and fore to Pembrokeshire, but never stopped … until Saturday

First flight since crash and rebuild , the sea front in my home town was very busy today, after being grounded yesterday due to storm Malik I took advantage of the calm weather to have a flight before storm Corrie moves in, as you can see from the second image the camera gimbal went haywire
mid-flight ! ( I’ve left it uncorrected so other members can note what can happen )
Oh and that’s my new logo/watermark

I was hoping to get out to get some photos of my local NT property for the competition but the weather has been bad whenever I’ve had the spare time…. The most I’ve done this week is a 5 minute fly whilst I was doing my video for DJI refresh validation…. As an experiment I peeked it straight up about 7m in the crazy wind just to watch what happened but I daren’t let it go more than 3m away from me….

Just for information folks I’ve discovered the gimbal fault occurred during a 360 pano ! calibration was a doddle though

Only takes a bit of wind for those to complain. Most annoying.
